Installation and adjustment of CAT325L excavator speed control motor technology

1. Connect the wiring harness of the governor motor to the computer connector;

2. Start the automatic governor motor calibration form of the program level-1 to determine that the controller speed position is at the "10" position;

3. Identify the accelerating cable from the compartment (gray) (it can also face the motor back cover. The wire is forward, the right is the acceleration cable). The lock nut on the cable (the nut at the end) and the nut (the nut behind the end) is adjusted to the appropriate distance;

4. Fully rotate the pulley counterclockwise so that the joystick of the engine governor must be in contact with the high speed idle limiter;

5. Place the wire clamp of the acceleration cable into the lower groove of the pulley and wind it clockwise so that the chuck of the wire is tightly fitted into the slit of the pulley;

6. Turn the nut (the nut behind the end) until it is close to the fixing bracket;

7. Tighten the nut 1-2 times, and then tighten the lock nut (the nut at the end of the end) to fix the acceleration cable on the bracket;

8. Turn the nut and lock nut of the retarding cable (you can also face the motor back cover. The wire is forward, the left is the acceleration cable), the lock nut on the cable (the nut at the end) and the nut ( The nut behind the end is adjusted to the appropriate distance;

9. Place the wire clamp of the speed reducing cable into the upper groove of the pulley and wrap it counterclockwise on the pulley so that the chuck is tightly embedded in the groove of the pulley;

10. Tighten the nut (the nut behind it) to the plane of the bracket;

11. Loosen the nut (the nut behind it) 2 times, make it loose on the deceleration cable, tighten the lock nut (the nut before the test) to fasten the deceleration cable to the bracket;

12. Install two sets of fixed card plates for governor motor cable;

13. Connect the wires to the connector;

14. Start the engine and start the operating program function to perform the "automatic G/A calibration" work;

15. After the correct calibration, clear the fault record data and check the "Clear Fault Record" section in the operating program level-1.
