Based on the above two reasons, aluminum spray paper and transfer aluminum spray paper have also begun to receive widespread attention and application in China, especially in cigarette package materials. After solving a series of problems in printing and forming technology, aluminum spray paper, especially transfer aluminum spray paper, has been applied to cigarette packs on a large scale.
In aluminum spray paper, aluminum spray paper is mainly used for tobacco lining packaging and beer labels. In addition to the annual beer label market demand of 8,000 to 10,000 tons, in the use of cigarette lining, the annual tobacco production is about 3400 The large boxes, estimated to consume about 30 tons per 10,000 large boxes, have a potential market of about 100,000 tons of total demand for cigarette lining paper. In terms of the transfer of aluminum spray paper, according to the current annual production of about 34 million large boxes of cigarettes, a total of approximately 400,000 tons of internal and external packaging paperboards are required. In 2002, the use of aluminum spray paper was about 25,000 tons, while the use of composite aluminum foil paperboard and PET composite paperboard was about 15-18 million tons, and the rest was white paperboard. At present, many key tobacco companies have begun to adopt the transfer of aluminum spray paper in the hard box. Shanghai Tobacco Group began to put into use in "Gold Shanghai" and "Green Double Happiness" since 2002. Due to its environmental protection and novelty of packaging, its output has rapidly increased, from 30,000 boxes in 2002 to 2004. Production of 100,000 large boxes, and at the same time preparation for the transfer of aluminum spray paper on the packaging of Chinese cigarettes exported from 2004. Once successful, it will convert all 200,000 large boxes of Chinese cigarettes from composite cardboard into aluminum spray paper. . Hangzhou Tobacco Factory is at the forefront of packaging environmental protection. Since 2001, it has been used in the transfer of aluminum spray paper. Now it has been widely used in the "Liqun", "Lion", "Putuo Mountain" and "Bauhinia" series. In 2003, the dosage reached 350,000 boxes, totaling 7,000 tons. In terms of flexible packaging, Honghe Cigarette Factory first adopted laser-transferred aluminum spray paper on the "Honghe" soft pack. In 2004, it plans to produce 100,000 large boxes of "Red River" soft pack cigarettes. Affected by the Honghe Cigarette Factory, domestic cigarette factories have used transfer aluminum paper or laser jetted aluminum paper on high-grade soft bags. Such as: "National Treasure" of Shifang Tobacco Factory, "Red Dragon" of Wuhan Tobacco Factory, "Nanjing" of Nanjing Tobacco Factory, "National Hi" of Meizhou Tobacco Factory, "Seven Worms" of Xiamen Tobacco Factory, "Shishi", Anhui Tobacco The "red three rings" and so on. Overall, approximately 20 large tobacco companies nationwide have begun to use aluminum spray products as a preferred product for packaging materials in their products.
From the perspective of manufacturers supporting cigarette printing, it is not difficult to see the rapid development trend of aluminum spray products. Only the Shanghai Tobacco Industry Printing Factory and Xuzhou Dadong Printing Co., Ltd., which are mainly supported by Shanghai Tobacco, Xuyan Tobacco, and Cixi Tobacco Co., Ltd., used 2,700 tons of aluminum spray paper in 2002, but increased by nearly 60-70% in 2003. In the case of high-grade cigarettes in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the national growth rate is lower than this rate. The prospects for this are considerable.
According to the incomplete statistics of the tobacco industry, in the next three to five years, the use of transferred aluminum spray paper will reach 1 million to 2 million large boxes on flexible packaging, and the usage on hard packaging will reach 5 million to 7 million. Large boxes, about the annual demand for more than 150,000 tons. Therefore, aluminum spray paper and transfer aluminum spray paper will be of great use in the tobacco packaging industry.
