1. Positive pressure air respirator works

2. How to use
2.1 Preparation before use

(1) First open the cylinder switch before wearing. With the pipeline, the pressure in the decompression system will hear a short sound from the alarm. When the cylinder switch is fully open, check the storage pressure of the air. Generally, it should be 28 - 30Mpa (280-300kgf/cm2).
(2) Close the cylinder switch and observe the reading of the pressure gauge. The pressure drop is less than 2Mpa (20kgf/cm2) within 5 minutes, indicating that the air supply system is in high pressure and airtight.
(3) After the high-pressure system is airtight, press the supply valve diaphragm gently to observe the pressure change. When the pressure of the cylinder drops to 4-6Mpa (40Kgf-60Kgf/cm2), the siren sounds, and at the same time It also purges the siren ventilation line once.
Note: When the air respirator is not in use, check it once a month by this method.

2.2 Wear and use methods (1) The respirator is behind the body, and the shoulder strap/belt can be adjusted according to the body shape.
(2) The lens of the full face mask should always be kept clean and bright. Connect the mask with the supply valve and cover it with a long neck strap around the neck. Before use, the full face mask should be placed across the chest so that it can be worn.
(3) When using, first open the cylinder switch, check the pressure of the gas cylinder, make the supply valve switch closed, and then fasten the plug.
(4) Wear a full face mask for 2-3 breaths and feel comfortable. The relevant valve parts must be reliable. When the air is held, the supply valve should stop supplying air. Press the hand to check the open or closed state of the supply valve switch. When everything is normal, tighten the full face straps so that the full face and face are well airtight. The laces do not need to be tightened too tightly. The facial feel is comfortable and there is no obvious pressure. At this time, take a deep breath. The switch is turned on automatically to check whether the full facepiece and the face are in close contact with each other. The method is: close the gas cylinder switch and take a deep breath several times to suck the gas in the respirator. The mask body should be moved to the human body's face, and the negative pressure inside the mask should be maintained. The human body feels dyspnea and the mask and the breathing valve have good airtightness. However, the time is not easy to be too long. It is sufficient to deeply inhale the gas several times, and the cylinder should be opened in time. Switch, the switch should be open more than two turns.
(5) When wearing different series of air breathing apparatus, the wearer should randomly observe the indicator value of the pressure gauge during use. When the pressure drops to 4-6Mpa, it should be evacuated from the scene, and the alarm device will also give an alarm sound. Advise the wearer to leave the scene.
(6) After use, loosen the full face strap clip, remove the full face cap from the face, and place the supply valve switch in the closed position. At this time, remove the respirator from the body and close the cylinder switch.
Note: When pulling the quick plug, do not pull it out with air pressure. Place the supply valve switch in the open position, release the respirator gas, and then pull out the quick plug.
