Perilla seed extract is a new type of feed additive for feeding animals that has antibiotic-like effects and is safer and more effective than antibiotics. In this experiment, the extract of Perilla was used as a feed additive, and the Avian broiler chicken was used as a test animal to study the effects of Perilla seed extract on the growth performance and meat quality of Avian broiler. The application provides a scientific basis. A material and method The test on the feeding effect of perilla seed extract in broiler feed was designed by single factor experiment, that is, different levels of perilla seed extract were added on the basis of basal diet, and the effect on the performance of broiler chicken was observed. The test was divided into three groups. The test group I was the basic diet group; the test group II was the base diet + 50 mg/kg chlortetracycline, and the test group III was the base diet + 150 mg/kg perilla seed extract. 270 healthy and uniform weight 1-day-old Avian broilers (half male and female) were randomly divided into 3 groups, each with 3 replicates and 30 chickens per replicate. The trial time was July 20, 2009. It will end on August 31, for a total of 42 days. At the end of the feeding trial, the animals were stopped for 12 hours before slaughter. Each group was randomly selected from 9 chickens (3 per replicate), weighed and slaughtered, and the corresponding indicators were determined. Second test result 1 Effect of Perilla Seed Extract on Growth Performance of Broilers Compared with the test group I, the test group II and III increased by 9.06% and 8.42%, respectively, and the difference between the test group II and III and the test group I was extremely significant (P<0.01); Compared with the test group I, the decrease was 14.96% and 12.82%, respectively (P<0.01). It indicated that both perilla seed extract and antibiotics could significantly increase the daily weight gain of broilers, reduce the ratio of feed to meat, and effectively improve the feed utilization rate. The effects of perilla seed extract and antibiotics on the growth performance of broilers were not significant. 2 Effect of Perilla Seed Extract on Meat Quality of Broiler 1) Effect of perilla seed extract on tenderness and drip loss of chicken Compared with the experimental group I, the leg tenderness of the broilers in the test group II and III increased by 2.16% and 6.20%, respectively, and the tenderness of the chest muscle increased by 14.00% (P<0.05) and 15.08% (P<0.05), respectively. It is indicated that the addition of perilla seed extract to the basal diet can increase the tenderness of the chicken. Compared with the experimental group I, the drop loss of the leg muscles in the test group III was reduced by 1.00%, and the test group II was improved; the drip loss of the chest muscle was decreased by 13.95% (P<0.05) and 18.60% (P<0.05), respectively. It is indicated that the addition of perilla seed extract to the basal diet can reduce the drip loss of chicken. 2) Effect of Perilla Seed Extract on Basic Chemical Composition of Chicken Meat According to the test, the crude protein content of the leg muscles was increased by 7.33% (P<0.05) and 4.04% (P<0.05) in the test group II and III, respectively, and the test group I was compared with the test group I. Compared with the experimental group II and III, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). It is indicated that the addition of perilla seed extract to the basal diet can increase the crude protein content in the muscle. Compared with the experimental group I, the crude fat content of the leg muscles decreased by 24.36% (P<0.05) and 22.04% (P<0.05), respectively, and the crude fat content of the thoracic muscle was compared with the test group I. Groups II and III were reduced by 38.10% (P<0.05) and 39.19% (P<0.01), respectively. It is indicated that the addition of perilla seed extract to the basal diet can significantly reduce the crude fat content in the muscle. 3) Effect of Perilla Seed Extract on Total Reducing Sugar Content in Chicken Meat Compared with the experimental group I, the total reducing sugar content in the pectoral muscle increased by 6.48% and 39.81% in the test group II and III, respectively, and the difference between the test group III and the test group I and II was extremely significant (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the test group I and the test group II (P>0.05). Compared with the experimental group I, the total reducing sugar content in the leg muscles increased by 14.06% and 32.81%, respectively, and the differences between the two groups in the test groups I, II and III were extremely significant (P< 0.01). It indicated that the extract of perilla seed can significantly increase the content of total reducing sugar in chicken. 4) Effect of Perilla Seed Extract on Inosinic Acid Content in Chicken Meat Compared with the experimental group I, the inosine content in the chest muscle increased by 12.38% in the test group III and 1.49% in the test group II, and the difference between the test group III and the test group I and II was extremely significant (P<0.01). . Compared with the experimental group I, the inosine content in the leg muscle increased by 12.20% in the test group III and 1.46% in the test group II, and the difference between the test group III and the test group I and II was extremely significant (P<0.01). ). It indicated that the extract of perilla seed can significantly increase the content of inosinic acid in broiler chicken, which is better than antibiotics. .. 5) Effect of Perilla Seed Extract on Glutamate Content in Chicken Meat Compared with the experimental group I, the inosine content in the chest muscle increased by 11.15% in the test group III and 2.17% in the test group II, and the difference between the test group III and the test group I and II was extremely significant (P<0.01). . Compared with the experimental group I, the inosine content in the leg muscle increased by 11.08% in the test group III and 1.54% in the test group II, and the difference between the test group III and the test group I and II was extremely significant (P<0.01). ). It indicated that the extract of perilla seed can significantly increase the content of glutamic acid in broiler chicken, which is better than antibiotics. in conclusion Adding perilla seed extract to broiler diets can improve the growth performance of broilers and the effect is comparable to antibiotics. Adding perilla seed extract to broiler diets can effectively improve the quality of chicken meat and is superior to antibiotics. Perilla is a traditional medicine and food homologous plant. Polyunsaturated fatty acids in perilla seeds have the functions of promoting growth and improving immunity. Flavonoids have strong activity, improve immunity, regulate blood lipids, and resist oxidation. Antibacterial effect. This study demonstrates that feeding broiler chickens with perilla seed extract can improve broiler growth performance and improve chicken quality, and is safer and more effective than antibiotics. Therefore, as a new type of feed additive, perilla seed extract has a good impetus to the development of the aquaculture industry and has a broad space for development.
We diviided the led light according to the using eviiroment. Most of our product is the commercial LED Lighting
Commercial lighting is a term used to describe lighting that is used in commercial spaces, including auto dealerships, distribution centers, churches, factories, offices, and warehouses. Unlike residential lighting, commercial lighting is made to withstand more abuse and has a longer lifespan.
While the focus of residential lighting is often on aesthetics, commercial lighting is task orientated. Commercial lighting systems are designed based on what the application is. For example, in an office-type setting, you may see task lighting, which illuminates specific areas where employees need concentrated light to be able to perform their jobs.
