Cucumber grafting method
First, the production point straight insertion method: use black seed pumpkin as a rootstock, choose a strong affinity, good quality, more resistant to the local varieties of the scion. The anvil and ear seeds need to be disinfected and germinated before sowing. When winter and spring sorghum are grafted, black seed squash should be sown for 2 to 3 days (with temperature control seedlings). The second leaf of the rootstock seedlings is spit buds, and the first true leaf of the seedlings is 1 cm in diameter, which is the best grafting period. After spraying the water, put it in a moisturizing small arch shed. 95% humidity is maintained within 3 days after the connection, the daytime temperature is 25-28 °C, and the nighttime is 18-20 °C. Small ventilation after 4 days, after 8 days, the film can be peeled and smelted. About 25 days into the three-leaf one heart period can be colonized.
Second, the connection method: the rootstock in the nutrient bowl, on the hypocotyl of the ion leaf section 5 to 10 mm, obliquely cut from the top to the mouth of 6 to 10 mm, 20 to 30 mm under the coniferous cotyledonary node The mouth is cut obliquely 6 to 8 mm (without cutting the seedling and the root is to be taken), then the tongue-shaped tongue wedge is inserted into the incision of the rootstock, the interface is fixed with a micro-plastic clip, and the root of the scion is buried with the soil. The base of the scion was cut off in about 20 days, and other managements were basically the same as the straight insertion method.
