3. Principle of 10KV vacuum circuit breaker:
There are many manufacturers of vacuum circuit breakers, and the models are also complicated. According to the conditions of use, it is divided into indoor (ZN-**) and outdoor (ZW-**) two types. It is mainly composed of a frame part, an arc extinguishing chamber part (vacuum bubble), and an operating mechanism part. The ZW27-12 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker produced by Zhejiang Huayi Electric Technology Co., Ltd. is taken as an example to illustrate its structure and working principle. The circuit breaker body structure is shown in Figure 1. The vacuum circuit breaker body is composed of a conductive circuit, an insulation system, a seal and a housing. The overall structure is a three-phase common box. The conductive loop is formed by a conductive rod for the inlet and outlet wires, an insulating support for the inlet and outlet wires, a conductive clip, a soft connection and a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. The operating mechanism is shown in Figure 2. This mechanism is electric energy storage, electric opening and closing, and has manual function. The whole structure is composed of closing spring, energy storage system, overcurrent release, opening and closing coil, manual opening and closing system, auxiliary switch, energy storage indication and other components. Vacuum circuit breakers use high vacuum to flow through the zero point, the plasma quickly spreads and extinguishes the arc, completing the purpose of cutting off the current.
