Correct use of hot oil pumps

First, after the heat transfer oil pump and the pipeline are installed, whether the water pressure or air pressure is used, the inlet and outlet valves of the heat transfer oil pump must be closed before the pressure test can be performed to prevent damage to the seal and oil leakage.

1. Boot preparation

(1) Clean the site, unscrew the bearing housing screws, and add heat transfer oil as lubricant.

(2) Handling the coupling pump by hand should be flexible.

(3) Before starting the machine, the heat transfer oil pump should be used to fill the heat transfer oil pump to drive out the air in the heat transfer oil pump. At this time, the gate valve on the pipe of the discharge port should be closed.

(4) The heat transfer oil to be delivered should be uniformly heated before driving. The preheating is carried out by the heat transfer oil being conveyed continuously through the pump body. Preheating standard: The temperature of the heat transfer oil pump casing should not be lower than the inlet oil temperature of 40 °C. When the heat speed is 50 °C / hour, the side nut on the pump foot should be loosened by 0.3-0.5 mm during the warm-up period, and the preheating should be tightened.
2.

Start up (1) Thoroughly check whether the preparations are perfect.

(2) Turn on the power. When the heat transfer oil pump reaches the positive speed and the meter shows a considerable pressure, gradually open the gate valve on the output line and adjust to the required working condition. In the case that the gate valve on the output line is closed, the pump is continuous. Work can not exceed 3 minutes.

(3) After the initial operation for 3-4 hours, turn off the heat transfer oil pump after heating the equipment to the operating temperature, check the coaxiality of the heat transfer oil pump shaft and the motor coupling, and the pump shaft and motor shaft deviation should be controlled within the allowable range. Inside, the pump shaft should be rotated by hand and should be light and flexible and vibration-free. If the above requirements are not met, the adjustment should be made again.

(4) During the start-up process, always pay attention to the power reading and vibration of the motive. The vibration value does not exceed 0.6 mm. If abnormal, stop the inspection.

Tool Belts

Tool belt is a piece of equipment used to hold and organize tools for easy access during work. Tool belts are commonly used by construction workers, carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople who need quick access to their tools while working.

A typical tool belt consists of a belt made of leather or nylon with pockets or pouches attached to it. The pockets or pouches are designed to hold different types of tools, such as hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, and measuring tapes.

There are different types of tool belts available, including leather tool belts, nylon tool belts, and electrician tool belts. Some tool belts also have suspenders or shoulder straps to help distribute the weight of the tools more evenly and reduce strain on the back.

When choosing a tool belt, it is important to consider the type of work you will be doing and the types of tools you will need to carry. You should also consider the size and fit of the tool belt to ensure it is comfortable and does not interfere with your movements while working.
