6. Low temperature green su is a low foaming product, which can be use in pre-treatment of overflow machines.
7. Because replacing traditional caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide, it is no need to wash remove soda and deoxidize with high temperature water after treatment, save multiple processes and water.

1. Low temperature green su can gently act under low temperature state, thereby remove all kinds of fiber impurities.
2. Aim to different requirements to knitted fabric of each plant, can appropriately adjust dosage, general recommended dosage is 2-4g/l.
3. When whiteness requirement is different, we can adjust dosage to reach required effect.
4. Total pre-treatment process can realize effects of energy conservation, environmental protection, efficient and low composite cost, and can significantly enhance product style and quality, improve hand feeling, improve strengthen power, reduce weight loss ratio.

Technological process:
1. Knit,towel yarn technology:

     
 
1) Low temperature bleaching agent green su 3-5g/L, hydrogen peroxide 1-3g/L   PH=11 
2) Dispense with high temperature washing, deoxidize, can appropriately increase hydrogen peroxide in extra white fabric dispose bath.
3) Save pre-treatment time, improve productivity and save energy.

2. Cold pad batch technology
The product can be suitable for cotton,hemp and its combination fabric pre-treatment cold pad batch technology, can fully resolve, emulsify cotton wax,pectin,cottonseed hull,hemp skin, use the product added anionic surfactant banking up only for 10-12 hours to complete, which has advantages of efficient,high quality and low cost. It can also be together bath bank up with adding hydrogen peroxide for product which has high requirement on whiteness. It is the optimum auxiliary agent for cotton and hemp kind,cotton/spandex,cotton/brocade/spandex, corduroy, cotton medium thick cloth,high count and high density fabric pre-treatment. It can reduce used steam in cotton fabric from original 3-5 tons to about 1.5 tons, reduce pre-treatment steam 35-45%, significantly reduce pre-treatment composite cost.
Recommended technology:
Twice sock and twice roll---bank up ( make roll or crop)---washing
Green su:              15-20g/L(crassness fabric can be increased to 30g/L)
Hydrogen peroxide:      10g/L
Refined penetrant:       2--4 g/L(nonionic or anion)
Rolling ratio:           95-110%
Bank up time:         10-12 hours(special variety can be properly extended to 24 hours)

Safety engineering brief description

1. The product does not contain ingredients must be declared, according to relevant regulation, the product need not identified.
2. Operate based on relative labor protection requirement, if contact with skin carelessly, please rinse with water and soap immediately. If contact with eyes, wash with water or normal saline for 15 minutes, then go to a doctor. If eating, please go to a doctor immediately.
3. Noncombustible product. If there is fire, suitable for any outfire medium, based on fire conditions, no exclude with hazardous substance production.
4. Non-dangerous goods. Be transported as ordinary chemicals.
5. Stored in standard warehouse, keep vessel or pack tightness.
6. Laws and regulations have no limits or requirements on the product.
