Comrade Xia Yaofeng was born in Sanjiazi Village, Fushun City, Liaoning Province on December 24, 1932. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1950 and joined the work in March 1952. Retired in January 1993, senior engineer.
From January 1940 to August 1946, he was enrolled in the primary school of Zaoqiang County;
