1. First, the working principle of electromagnetic flowmeter

The measurement principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. That is, the conductive liquid moves in the magnetic field to cut the magnetic field line, and the induced electromotive force occurs in the conductor, and the induced electromotive force E is:

E=KBVD  

K = external constant

B = magnetic induction

V = uniform flow rate of the measuring tube section

D = inner diameter of the measuring tube

When measuring flow, the fluid flows through a magnetic field perpendicular to the direction of motion. The activity of the conductive liquid induces a voltage proportional to the uniform flow rate ( i.e., volume flow ) , thus pleading for the lowest concentration of conductivity of the active liquid being tested. The sensing is detected by two electrodes that are in direct touch with the liquid and transmitted to the amplifier via a cable and then converted to a consistent output signal.
