This is the first major project set up by PetroChina in the field of tight gas, which fills the gap in the technical standard system of China's oil tight gas development project.

It is understood that this major technology specialization pays attention to tangible results and intellectual property protection such as product research and development, software development and standard establishment. Among them, only 74 national patents have been obtained for intellectual property rights, 87 papers have been published, and innovation has broken through the core development technology of tight gas. The series has 5 international advanced technologies and 7 domestic leading technologies. After the promotion of the tight gas reservoir development major engineering technology in Changqing Oilfield and Tuha Oilfield, the newly added tight gas recoverable reserves are 428.8 billion cubic meters, the recovery rate is increased by 10%, the newly added natural gas output is 4.018 billion cubic meters, and the direct economic benefit is improved. Significant.

This major science and technology project was officially approved for implementation in September 2010. The research cycle is divided into two phases: the first phase is from September 2010 to June 2013, and the second phase is from July 2013 to December 2015. . This major scientific and technological special project has progressed smoothly in the past three years. It has been studied through multi-layer multi-stage fracturing technology in tight gas reservoirs, comprehensive engineering research of tight gas reservoir engineering geological and horizontal wells, drilling and completion technology research of tight gas reservoirs, and tight gas reservoir testing. Well collection processing and evaluation technology research, low-cost ground supporting technology for tight gas reservoirs, pilot test for Changqing tight gas reservoir development, pilot test for Tuha tight gas reservoir development, forming a framework of China's tight gas technology system, realizing the technical system The comprehensive application of China's petroleum related fields.

This special project is organized and implemented by the Science and Technology Management Department of the Group.
