The research on the cold rolling technology of the 5×6 ventilation channel steel disc for the Three Gorges unit is to improve the production efficiency of the ventilation channel steel, and to cooperate with the automatic spot welding machine for ventilation slots imported from abroad. This topic mainly studies the influence of the ventilation channel steel on the size, shape and hardness of the ventilation channel steel during the crimping and unwinding process. Due to the strict requirements of the Three Gorges Ventilation Channel, the improvement of the roll shape is also the focus of this research.
